Shipping & Returns:

All inventory is in house!  Therefore, all orders will be shipped within 5 business days.

Stelalysa offers free shipping on orders over $150. Any orders made under $150 will be a flat rate of $10 to ship.

Returns are for store credit only. All returns must be made with 5 days of delivery date. Items must be returned with the original tags, unwashed, unaltered, and with out signs of damage and/or wear.  Items returned with pet hair, odors, or stains will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for all return and/or exchange costs.

Hair pieces, shoes, and socks are not eligible for return. These items are FINAL SALE.

You may only return one dress, blanket, or bible/candle set each, per order. If you are ordering with the intention of returning unwanted items, you will only be allowed to return one per category. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any items in any of these unacceptable conditions.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. If this occurs, please contact the shipping company to file a claim.
